AN ORDINANCE REPEALING SUBSECTION (C)' OF SECTION 3 OF ORDINANCE
NUMBER 6610 OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AND ENACTING A NEW
ORDINANCE PERTAINING TO THE SAME SUBJECT.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOUIF0
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Subsection (c) of Section 3 of Ordinance Number 6610 C
of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, relating to the salary of the
City Engineer, be and the same is hereby repealed.
SECTION 2. There is hereby enacted a new ordinance to be known as
Subsection (c) of Section 3 of Ordinance Number 6610, which section
shall read in words and figures as follows;
"Ordinance No. 6610
Section 3. Compensation of Appointive Official's
and Employees. Hereafter the total compensation
to be paid to the appointive officials and employees
of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, for the performance of
their duties as prescribed by law shall be as follows:
(c) The City Engineer shall receive the sum of
Six Hundred ($600.00) Dollars per month, and
the sum of Fifty ($50.00) Dollars as an
expense account to defray the expense of
using his own automobile in the performance
of his duties."
SECTION 3. Payment of the salary and expense account as provided
in the preceding section shall be authorized as and from
October 26, 1959 .
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be in force and .effect from and
after its passage and approval.

ORDINANCE NO. 6828
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR OF THE CITY OF
JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, FOR AND ON BEHALF OF THE CITY TO ACCEPT A
QUITCLAIM DEED EXECUTED ON OCTOBER 28, 1959 BY THE CAPITAL CITY
TELEPHONE COMPANY BY WHICH DEED AN EASEMENT AND' RIGHT OF WAY IS
CONVEYED TO THE CITY OF JEFFERSON TO PERMIT INGRESS AND EGRESS TO
THE JEFFERSON CITY MEMORIAL AIRPORT PROPERTY IN THE COUNTY OF
CALLAWAY, MISSOURI, AND AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CONSTRUCTION
OF TWO 25 FOOT ENTRANCE ROADWAYS FROM THE EASEMENT TO THE ADJACENT
LAND OF THE GRANTOR AFTER PROVIDING FOR ADEQUATE SURFACE WATER
DRAINAGE UNDER SAID ENTRANCE ROADWAYS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOLTII,
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The Mayor of the City of Jefferson is hereby authorized
land directed for and on behalf of the City to accept a quit-claim
deed executed on October 28, 1959 by the Capital City Telephone
