Company, a corporation of Jefferson City, Missouri, by which deed an
easement and right of way was conveyed to the City of Jefferson to
permit ingress and egress to the Jefferson City Memorial Airport
property in the County of Callaway, Missouri.
SECTION 2. The City of Jefferson, Missouri, upon construction of
said roadway into the Jefferson City Memorial Airport, shall have
constructed two entrance roadways of a width of 25 feet from said
airport roadway to the adjacent land of the Capital City Telephone
Company after providing for adequate surface water drainage under
said entrance roadways with pipe of at-least 25 feet in Length.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in force and effect from and
after its passage and approval.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I. There is hereby appropriated out of any money in the
City Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the following:
