ORDINANCE NO. 6832
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON MISSOURI, REPEALING ORDINANCE
NO. 68069 AND ENACTING IN LIEU THEREOF AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING
GRADE OF THE ROADWAY OF POLK STREET, FROM THE CENTER OF THE INTER_
SECTION OF EAST WATER STREET AND POLK STREET TO THE CENTERLINE OF
DAWSON LANE.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISS015 II,
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the grade of the roadway of Pblk Street from the
center of the intersection of East Water Street and Polk Street to t e
center of Dawson Lane be and hereby is established as follows:
Beginning at the center of the intersection of East Water Street an
Polk Street where the elevation of the grade is 194.80 feet; thence
on a uniform grade 50 feet where .the elevation of the grade shall be
191.80 feet; thence on a vertical c urve 75 feet, where the elevation
of the grade shall be 193.00; thence on a uniform grade 25 feet whe
the elevation of the grade shall be 194.70 feet; thence on a vertical
curve 100.0 feet where the elevation of the grade will be 198.50
feet; thence on a vertical curve 100 .0 feet where the elevation of
the, grade shall be 205.20 feet; thence on a uniform grade 140.0
feet where the elevation of the grade shall be 224.50 feet; thence cn
a vertical curve 30 feet to the centerline of Dawson Lane where the
elevation of the grade shall be 226:90 feet.
SECTION 2. All Ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with E
this Ordinance are .hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from
and after its passage and approval.

AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, REPEALING ORDINANCE
NO. 6808, AND ENACTING IN LIEU THEREOF AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE
GRADE OF THE ROADWAY OF KAREN DRIVE, FROM THE INTERSECTION OF THE
EAST CURB LINE OF RIVERSIDE DRIVE AND THE CENTERLINE OF KAREN DRIVE
SOUTHEASTERLY 745 FEET.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSO
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the grade of the roadway of Karen Drive, from the
intersection of the east curb line of Riverside Drive and the
centerline of Karen Drive, southeasterly 745 feet, be and hereby is
established as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the east 'curb
line of Riverside Drive and the centerline of Karen Drive where the
elevation of the grade is 226.00 feet; thence on a uniform grade
