NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF McCALL, IDAHO: Section 1: The following described real property located at 1917& 1919 Pilgrim Cove Road, and all thereof, be, and the same is hereby, ANNEXED and made a part of the City of McCall, Idaho.The real property hereby annexed is described as follows,to-wit: 1917 Pilgrim Cove Road: A parcel of land situate in the NW '/ of Section 3, T. 18 N., R.3 E.B.M., Valley County,Idaho, more particularly described as follows: Commencing at a 1"pipe marking the Northeast corner of Lot 6,D&S Subdivision as shown on that particular Record of Survey on file in Book 5, on Page 247 of Records of Survey, and the official plat thereof on file in the office of the Recorder of Valley County, Idaho, in Book 5 on Page 32 of Plats, the REAL POINT OF BEGINNING: Thence S. 89° 55' 00" E., 225.00 feet to a 'A" rebar marking the Southeast corner of Lot 5, C-Way Subdivision as shown on the official plat thereof on file in the office of the Recorder of Valley County, Idaho, in Book 6 on Page 23 of Plats; Thence S. 00 02' 00"E. 90.00 feet to a 'A"rebar; Thence N. 89 55' 00"W.,225.00 feet to a'/2"rebar on the East boundary of Lot 6, said D&S Subdivision; Thence N. 00 02' 00"W., 90.00 feet to the Point of Beginning. 1919 Pilgrim Cove Road: LOT 6, D & S SUBDIVISION, VALLEY COUNTY IDAHO, AS SHOWN ON THE PLAT RECORDED JULY 14, 1975 AS INSTRUMENT NO. 85288.
