feet.
SECTION 2. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict with
this Ordinance are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from
and after its passage and approval.

AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING SEWER DISTRICT NO. 76 "A' , WITHIN THE
CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AND DEFINING THE BOUNDARIES THEREOF.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSO I,
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the City Council of the City of Jefferson, Missou i,
hereby declares and ordains that it deems it necessary for sanitary
purposed and for the health and comfort of its inhabitants of the
City to establish a Sewer District to be known as Sewer District
No. 76 "A" , and said .District sewer to be established with location
and boundaries as follows:
Beginning at the southeasterly corner of
Lot 12, Block 1, of Jordan Hills Subdivision in the City of Jefferson,
Missouri, thence westerly along the southerly line of said Lot 12 to
the southwesterly corner of said Lot 12; thence northerly along and
with the westerly line of Lots 12, 9, 8, 5 and 4 to the northwester y
corner of Lot 4, Block 1, Jordan Hills Subdivision; thence easterly
along and with the northerly line of said Lot 4 to the northeaster)
corner thereof on the westerly line of Binder Drive; thence norther y
along and with the westerly line of Binder Drive to the southeasterly
corner of Lot 2, Block 9, JOrdan Hills Subdivision on the northerly
line of Livingston Street; thence westerly along and with the
northerly line of Livingston to the southwesterly corner of said Lo
