ORDINANCE NO. 6835
AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF SEWERS IN SEWER
DISTRICT NO. 76 "A" WITHIN THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOUIII, ,
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the City Council of the City of Jefferson, Missouri ,
hereby declares that it deems it necessary for the benefit, health
and comfort of the inhabitants of the City and for sanitary purposefi
that there must be constructed as soon as possible in Sewer District
No. 16 "A", as established by Ordinance a sanitary sewer and it is
ordered that the same be constructed without unnecessary delay and
connected into the present sewer at a point 32.70 feet northeaster)
of the interesection of Marilyn Street and Binder Drive.
SECTION 2. That the said .sewer shall begin at a manhole on the
present sewer at a point 32.70 feet northeasterly of the intersecti
of Marilyn Street and Binder Drive, thence northerly along the
easterly side of Binder Drive 750 feet to the northerly line of
Livingston Street.
SECTION 3. Said sewer shall be constructed in all respects as
provided by Ordinance and shall be constructed of standard glazed
sewer pipe and shall be constructed according to the plans of the
City Engineer.
SECTION 4. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from a d
after its passage and approval.

ORDINANCE NO. 6836
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOUFII
FOR AND ON BEHALF OF SAID CITY,- TO ACCEPT A WARRANTY DEED BY WHICH
LOUIS DULLE AND SUSIE DULLE, HIS WIFE ON NOVEMBER 41 1959, CONVEYS
TO THE CITY A SPECIFICALLY DESCRIBED TRACT OF LAND FOR STREET RIGHT
OF WAY PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOUFI.,
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The Mayor of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, for and oril
behalf of said city, is hereby authorized and directed to accept a
warranty deed executed on November 4, 1959, by Louis Dulle and
Susie Dulle, His wife, by which the following described land is
conveyed to the City for street right of way purposes:
