AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE MONEY FOR THE MONTH OF DECEMBER, 1959
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated out of any money in the
City Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the following:
REVENUE FUND
For the purpose of paying the salaries of elective and
appointive officers, the sum of-----------------------$20,600.00
For the purpose of paying City Engineer, for use of
car, the sum of---------------------------------------
$________.
For the purpose of paying City Marshal, for use of
car, the sum of---------------------------------------$---------
Advance Collectors commissions------__-----_____________$ 500.00
Advance Assessors commissions__________________---------$ 200.00
VEHICLE FUND
For the purpose of paying weekly wages of laborers,
freight and incidentals under the Street Commissioner,
thesum of--------------------------------------------$ 69000.00
TRAFFIC AND VEHICLE FUND
For the purpose of paying the salary of Street
Commissioner and Traffic Officers, the sum of---------$ 69570.00
For the purpose of paying weekly wages of
laborers, freight and incidentals under the
Street Commissioner, the sum of-----------------------$ 6,000.00
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from
and after its passage and approval.

ORDINANCE NO. 6843
An Ordinance repealing Ordinance No. 6834 and enacting in lieu
thereof An Ordinance establishing Sewer District No. 76 "A", within
the City of Jefferson, Missouri, and defining the boundaries thereo .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI,
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the City Council of the City of Jefferson, Missour ,
hereby declares and ordaines that it deems it necessary for sanitar
purposes and for the health and comfort of its inhabitants of the
City to establish a Sewer District to be known as Sewer District
No. 76 "A" , and said district sewer to be established with location
and boundaries as follows:
Beginning at the southeasterly corner of
Lot 12, Block 1, of Jordan Hills Subdivision in the City of
Jefferson, Missouri, thence westerly along the southerly line of
said Lot 12, thence northerly along and with the westerly line of
Lots 12, 90 8, and 5 to the northwesterly corner of Lot 5, Block 1,
Jordan Hills Subdivision; thence easterly along and with the northe ly
line of said Lot 5, to the northeasterly thereof on the westerly li e
of Binder Drive; thence northerly along and with the westerly line f
( Binder Drive to the southeasterly corner of Lot No. 2, Block 9,
Jordan Hills Subdivision on the northerly line of Livingston Street
