ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, REPEALING ORDINANCE
0. 6835 AND ENACTING IN LIEU THEREOF AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE
ONSTRUCTION OF SEWERS IN SEWER DISTRICT NO. 76 "A' WITHIN THE CITY
F JEFFERSON, 'MISSOURI.
E IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI .,
S FOLLOWS:
ECTION 1. That the City Council of the City of Jefferson, Missouri
ereby declares that it deems it necessary for the benefit, health
nd comfort of its inhabitants in the City of Jefferson, Missouri, ard
or sanitary purposes that there must be constructed as soon as
ossible in Sewer District No. 76 "A" , as established by Ordinance a
anitary sewer and it is ordered that the same be constructed without
nnecessary delay and connected into the present sewer at a point
2.70 feet northeasterly of the intersection of Marilyn Street and
index Drive.
ECTION 2. . That the said sewer shall begin at a manhole on the
resent sewer 32.70 feet northeasterly of the intersection of Marily i
treet and Binder Drive, thence northerly along the easterly side of
index Drive 750 feet to the northerly line of Livingston Street.
ECTION 3. Said sewer shall be constructed in all respects as I�
rovided by Ordinance and shall be constructed of Standard glazed I
