ORDINANCE N0. 6847
AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING THE OPERATOR OF A MOTOR VEHICLE FROM
PERMITTING THE SAME TO BE PARKED AT THE NORTH CURB OF STATE STREET
WITHIN AN AREA LOCATED BETWEEN THE EAST CURB LINE OF THE TRUCK
ENTRANCE TO THE MISSOUTI STATE PENITENTIARY AND A POINT LOCATED
FIFTY EIGHT (58) FEET EAST THEREOF, AND PROVIDING A PENALTY FOR
VIOLATION THEREOF.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOUII,
AS FOLLOWS: .
SECTION 1. Hereafter it shall be unlawful for the operator of a
motor vehicle to permit the same to be parked within the following
specifically designated area located generally between Marshall
Street and Lafayette Street on State Street:
"No Parking at the north curb of State
Street within an area located between the
east curb line of the truck entrance
to the Missouri State Penitentiary and
a point located fifty eight (58) feet
east thereof.

AN ORDINANCE NAMING A CERTAIN PUBLIC ALLEY WITHIN THE CITY OF
JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS "LEE LANE" .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSO is
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City Council of the City of Jefferson, Missouri,
hereby names the following described public alley as "Lee Lane".
