ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AUTHORIZING THE
XCHANGE OF A DEED TO LANDS OWNED BY THE CITY OF JEFFERSON FOR AN
SEMENT FOR STORM SEWER PURPOSES..
EREAS, by deed recorded at Book 8, Page 405 of the records of the
ecorder of Deeds for Cole County, Missouri, the City of Jefferson
cquired a strip of land 15 feet by 125 feet, located in the
orthwest corner of Inlot No. 817 for storm sewer purposes, and
EREAS, Storm sewer as located across Inlot No. 817 and 816 is not
ithin the limits of the land described in the above mentioned deed,

1HEREAS, Marie Busch and Paul Busch, present owners of parts of
plot Nos. 817 and 816, are willing to give the City of Jefferson an
