ECTION 4. That the City Clerk is hereby instructed to make out
pecial tax bills in favor of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, for
he within mentioned work in accordance with the Ordinances of
he City of Jefferson, Missouri, relative to said kind of work and
ccording to the Statutes of the State of Missouri, as made and
rovided.
ECTION 5. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force and

Ordinance levying and assessing a special tax bill against the 10 s
r tracts of land fronting or abutting on the roadway of the alley
etween Church Street and Vetter Lane, all of said improvement is
ithin the limits of sprinkling, oiling, repairing, surfacing and
esurfacing of District Number One (1) of the City of Jefferson,
issouri.
E IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
ISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ECTION 1. There is hereby levied and assessed at the rate and cost
rice per front foot as specified in Section 2 of this Ordinance
gainst the aggregate lots or tracts of land fronting or abutting on
he -roadway of the alley between Church Street and Vetter Lane, all
f' said improvement is within the limits of sprinkling, oiling,
epairing, surfacing and resurfacing of District Number One (1) , of
he City of Jefferson, Missouri, for the improvement of said roadway
£ said alley aforesaid, by repairing, surfacing and resurfacing,
n the sum of $657.79. as the cost that is levied by statute for the
mprovemtnt of said alley and the number of front feet fronting and
butting said roadway of said alley aforesaid, amounts to 657.79
eet; the cost per running foot is $1.00.
ECTION 2. For the purpose of paying for said improvement of said
oadway of the alley between Church Street and Vetter Lane, all of
aid improvement is within the limits of sprinkling, oiling,
epairing, surfacing and resurfacing of District Number One (1) , of
he City of Jefferson, Missouri, there is hereby levied and assessed the
um of $1.00 as a special tax against each front foot of ground fronting
r abutting said improved roadway of said alley aforesaid, and
ontainted in such lots or tracts of land fronting or abutting said
mproved roadway of said alley aforesaid.
