N ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 6853 AND ENACTING IN LIEU THEREIbF

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURE,
S FOLLOWS: {
SECTION 1. There is hereby levied and assessed at the rate and cost)
price per front foot as specified in Section 2 of this Ordinance aga nst
the aggregate lots or tracts of land fronting or abutting on the roadway
of the alley between Church Street and Vetter Lane, all of said
improvement is within the limits of sprinkling, oiling, repairing,
surfacing and resurfacing of District Number One (1) , of the City of
Jefferson, Missouri, for the improvement of said roadway of said
alley aforesaid, by repairing, surfacing and resurfacing in the sum
of $657.79 as the cost that is levied by statute for the improvement
of said alley and the number of front feet fronting and abutting
said roadway of said alley aforesaid, amounts to 657 .79 feet; the cv t
per running foot is .$1.00.
SECTION 2. For the purpose of paying for said improvement of said
roadway of the alley between Church Street and Vetter Lane, all of s id
improvement is within the limits of sprinkling, oiling, repairing,
surfacing and resurfacing of District Number One (1) of the City of
Jefferson, Missouri, there is hereby levied and assessed the sum of
$1.00 as a special tax against each front foot of ground fronting.

SECTION 3. The name of each property owner or owners and the
description of the lot or piece of ground fronting or abutting on
each side of the alley between Church Street and Vetter Lane, all of
said improvement is within the limits of sprinkling, oiling, repair-
ing, surfacing and resurfacing District Number One (1) , of the City
of Jefferson, Missouri, the number of front feet owned by each owner)
or owners and contained in the lots or tracts of land owned and
abutting said block or alley, the cost price per front foot for
said improvement and the amount thereby levied and assessed as a
special tax for said improvement against each lot or piece of i
ground fronting said roadway or said alley aforesaid is as follows:
R. W. Bonnot & Mary Louise Bonnot, owners of part of Lots 1 and 2,
Lot 10, and part of the alley north of Lots 11 and 12, Block 1,
St. Louis Heights Subdivision.
