All operators of southbound vehicles on Hayselton
Drive (north and east of Boonville Road) shall yfeld
the right of way to motor vehicles being operated
on Boonville Road which are so near the intersection
of Hayselton Drive and Boonville Road as to constitute
a danger of collision.
ECTION 2. The tern "right of way" as used in the preceding section
hall be defined to mean the "right to proceed into the intersection '

ECTION 4. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with
his ordinance are repealed to the extent that they conflict with

hN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING THE OPERATOR OF A MOTOR VEHICLE FROM
ERMITTING THE SAME TO BE PARKED ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF FAIRMOUNT
OULEVARD BETWEEN TWO POINTS LOCATED 650 FEET AND 845 FEET EAST OF
E INTERSECTION OF THE SOUTH CURB OF FAIRMOUNT BOULEVARD WITH
EAST CURB OF CHESTNUT STREET, AND PROVIDING A PENALTY.
E IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
ISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ECTION 1. It shall be unlawful for the operator of a motor
ehicle to permit the same to be parked at the south curb of
airmount Boulevard between two points located Six Hundred and
ifty (650) Feet and Eight Hundred and Forty Five (845) Feet east of
he intersection of the south curb of Fairmount Boulevard and the
ast curb of Chestnut Street.
