AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING THE OPERATOR OF A MOTOR VEHICLE FROM
OPERATING SAME IN A WESTERLY DIRECTION ON MILLER STREET BETWEEN
ITS INTERSECTION WITH JACKSON STREET AND ADAMS STREET, AND PROVIDIN �
A PENALTY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSO it
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. It shall be unlawful for the operator of a motor vehi.cl
to. operate the same in a westerly direction on Miller Street
between its intersection with Jackson Street and Adams Street.
SECTION 2. Anyone violating. any of the terms of this ordinance
shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor.
SECTION 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with
this ordinance are hereby repealed.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be in force and effect from and
after its passage and approval.

ORDINANCE NO. 6868
AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING THE OPERATOR OF A MOTOR VEHICLE FROM
PERMITTING THE SAME TO BE PARKED AT THE SOUTH CURB OF DUNKLIN STREE
BETWEEN ITS INTERSECTION WITH WALSH STREET AND CLARK AVENUE, AND
PROVIDING A PENALTY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSO I,
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. It shall be unlawful -for the operator of a motor
vehicle to permit the same to be parked on the south side of
Dunklin Street near the south curb between the intersection of
Dunklin Street with Walsh Street and Clark Avenue.
SECTION 2. Anyone violating any of the terms of this ordinance
shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in force and effect from and
after its passage and approval.
