N ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 813 OF THE REVISED ORDINANCES OF THE
ITY OF JEFFERSON, 19569 BY DELETING THEREFROM THE WORD "TWELVE" AN
UBSTITUTING THEREFORE THE WORD "SIXTEEN".

E IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOUR ,
S FOLLOWS:
ECTION 1. Section 813 of the Revised Ordinances of the City of
efferson, 1956, be and the same is hereby amended by deleting
hereform the word "Twelve" and substituting therefore the word
"Sixteen" .
ECTION 2. Section 813 of the Revised Ordinances of the City of
Jefferson, 1956, as amended shall read in words and figures as
ollows:
"Section 813. Residence locations. -= No driveway
entrance to a residence shall esceed sixteen feet
at the outer or street edge of the sidewalk. .
ECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in force and take effect from
nd aftet its passage and approval.

ORDINANCE LEVYING AND ASSESSING A SPECIAL TAX BILL AGAINST THE
LOTS OR TRACTS OF LAND FRONTING OR ABUTTING ON THE ROADWAY OF
ROSEWOOD DRRVE, FROM THE CENTER OF ROSEWOOD DRIVE AND THE NORTH
CURB LINE OF WINSTON STREET TO THE CENTER OF THE INTERSECTION OF
IRO WOOD DRIVE AND CARROLL STREET IN THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI ,
OR THE IMPROVEMENT OF THE SAID ROADWAY BY GRADING, CURBING AND
GUTTERING AND PAVING WITH PORTLAND CEMENT CONCRETE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. There is hereby levied and assessed at the rate and
cost price per front foot as specified in Section 2 of this ordinance
gains t the aggregate lots or tracts of land fronting or abutting
on the roadway of Rosewood Drive from the center of the intersectio
of Rosewood Drive and the north curb line of Winston Street to the
center of the intersection of Rosewood Drive and Carroll Street in
the City of Jefferson, Missouri, for the improvement of the roadway
of Rosewood Drive aforesaid, including such grading as may be
necessary for the reception of a cement sidewalk, the sum of
$18,365.55 as the total costs of the improvement of said street
nd the number of front feet fronting or abutting said roadway
f said Rosewood Drive aforesaid, between the aforesaid streets
mount to 2,312.68 running feet; the cost price per running foot
is $7.941241.
SECTION 2. For the purpose of paying said improvement of said
roadway of Rosewood Drive from the center of the intersection of
Rosewood Drive and the north curb line of Winston Street to the
enter of the intersection of Rosewood Drive and Carroll Street
here is hereby levied and assessed the sum of $7.941241 as a
�speeial tax against each front foot of ground fronting or abutting
said improved roadway of said Rosewood Drive from the center of the
intersection of Rosewood Drive and the north curb line o£ Winston
Street to the center of the intersection of Rosewood Drive and
Carroll Street
