ORDINANCE NO. 61 -35
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TEMPLE CITY AMENDING THE TEMPLE
CITY MUNICIPAL CODE TO INCLUDE ALL AMEND-
MENTS TO THE LOS ANGELES COUNTY SUBDIVI-
SION ORDINANCE ADOPTED BY TEMPLE CITY
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES
HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Section 9201 is hereby added to the Temple
City Municipal Code to read as follows:
"9201. A11•amendments to the Los Angeles County
Ordinance No. 4478 to and including
February 1, 1961, are hereby adopted by
reference to the. Subdivision Ordinance
of the City of Temple City and all pro-
visions of Section 9200 shall apply
thereto.."
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Temple City at a regular meeting thereof held this 27th day of
February, 1961, by the following called vote:
AYES: Councilmen - Buchan, Dickason, Merritt, Tyrell & Fitzjohn
NOES: Councilmen -None
ABSENT: Councilmen -None

and that the foregoing Ordinance No. 61 -35 was introduced at a
regular meeting of the City Council held on February 14, 1961, and
adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council held on February
27, 1961, by the following roll call vote:
