OCTOBER 3, 1986
Attendance: Medley, Mockowitz, Mickels, Schmidt, Hardy
and Williamson
Meeting reconvened at 7:30 P.M. at McCall City Hall. The Committee
reviewed and further revised a draft of a call for bids and specifications
for the Golf Play activity.
It was noted that the current agreement automatically renews unless the
city notifies Mr. Drips.
After discussion, the Committee directed staff to further review the
documents and request the City Council's advice and direction on:
1. The format of the proposal, i.e. whether an open bid on the contract
was the preferred organizational arrangement;
2. Whether the contract specifications were items to which the
Council would agree with any operator, regardless of the formal
relationship.
The Committee determined to take no further action on this matter until
Council direction has been given.
