RESOLUTION APPROVING (]OI.I.FLTIVE BARGAINING
AGRRFI~2~T WITH ASFEME, ~ 2291
9fHEREAS, the Borough of Carteret (the "Borough") and ASFCME,
Local 2291 (the "Union") have conducted negotiations over changes
to a collective gargaining agreement; and
~, the Borough and the Union have reached an agreement for
the period January 1, 1997 through December 31, 1998.
NOW, ~REBE IT RESOLV]~), by the Mayor and Council, that the
Mayor and Borough Clerk be and are hereby authorized to execute
the attached collective bargaining agreement with the Union for
the period of January 1, 1997 through December 31, 1998.
Adopted the 16th day of July, 1998
and certified as a true copy of the
original on July 177 1998.
