SECTION 3. The name of each property owner or owners and the
description of each lot or piece of ground fronting or abutting on
each side of Rosewood Drive from the center of the intersection of
Rosewood Drive and the north curb line of Winston Street to the
center of the intersection of Rosewood Drive and Carroll Street
and the number of front feet owned by each owner or owners and
contained in the lots or tracts of land so owned and abutting said
block or street between the aforesaid streets and the cost price
er front foot for said improvement and the amount hereby levied
and assessed as a special tax for said improvement against each
lot or piece of ground fronting or abutting said Rosewood Drive
or the roadway from the center of the intersection of Rosewood
Drive from the center of the intersection of Rosewood Drive and the

SECTION 4. That the City Clerk is hereby instructed to make out
special tax bills in favor of the contractor E. P. Barnett for the
within mentioned work in accordance with the ordinances of the City
of Jefferson, Missouri, relative to said kind of work and in '
accordance with the Charter of said City in regard to said work.
SECTION 5 . This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from
and after its passage and approval.

AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, ESTABLISHING THE
E OF THE ROADWAY OF SULLIVAN STREET, FROM THE NORTH SHOULDER
F CAPITAL AVENUE NORTHEASTERLY 341 FEET TO THE SOUTH SHOULDER OF
E EXTENSION OF CAPITAL AVENUE.
E IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
ISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the grade of the roadway of Sullivan Street, from
the north shoulder of Capital Avenue northeasterly 341 feet to the
south shoulder of the extension of Capital Avenue, be and hereby is
