curve where the elevation shall be 179.97; thence 75' on a uniform
grade where the elevation of the grade shall be 194.97; thence 100' n a
vertical curve where the elevation shall be 205.97; thence 57' to
the sough shoulder of the extension of Capital avenue, on a uniform
grade where the elevation of the grade shall be 207.11.
SECTION 2. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict with
this Ordinance are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from

ORDINANCE NO. 6872
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, ESTABLISHING THE
GRADE OF THE ROADWAY OF CAPITAL AVENUE, FROM THE WEST SHOULDER OF
DEFER LANE NORTHWESTERLY 779 FEET.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURE,
S FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the grade of the roadway of Capital Avenue, from
the west shoulder of Hoefer Lane 779 feet, be and hereby is
established as follows: Beginning at the west shoulder of Hoefer
Lane and the centerline of Capital Avenue, where the elevation of
the grade shall be 222.21; thence 80' on a vertical curve where
the elevation shall be 216.84; thence 249' on a uniform grade where the
elevation of the grade shall be 186.96; thence 300 ' on a vertical
curve where the elevation shall be 170.16; thence 20' on a uniform
grade where the elevation of the grade shall be 170.32; thence 130' n
a vertical curve where the elevation shall be 168.18 .
SECTION 2. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict
with this Ordinance are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from
and after its passage and approval.
