AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, REPEALING ORDINANC
NO. 6797, AND ENACTING IN LIEU THEREOF AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE
GRADE OF THE ROADWAY OF GENE MARLIN DRIVE, FROM THE CENTER OF THE
INTERSECTION OF GENE MARLIN DRIVE AND ALLEN AVENUE NORTHWESTERLY
228 FEET.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOUII
S FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the grade of the roadway of Gene Marlin Drive from
the center of the intersection of Gene Marlin Drive and Allen Avenu
northwesterly 228 feet be and hereby is established as follows:
Beginning at the center of the intersection of Gene Marlin. Drive an

ISSOURI, ESTABLISHING A SCHOOL ZONE FOR THE HELIAS HIGH SCHOOL AND
ENACTING A NEW ORDINANCE PERTAINING TO THE SAME SUBJECT.
