SCHEPERLE AND WILMA A. SCHEPERLE AND MILO D. HUTTON AND KATHERINE E. HUTTON, AS HEREINAFTER DESCRIBED. IBE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,, MISSOURE, AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. Raymond G. Scheperle and Wilma A. Scheperle and Milo D. Hutton and Katherine E. Hutton, owners of the real estate hereinafte described and situated in the City of Jefferson, Missouri, having submitted to the Council for approval a plat of said real estate, being located in Jefferson City,, Cole County, Missouri, and more particularly described as: "Part of the Southeast Quarter of Section 21, Township 44 North, Range 11 West, and more particularly described ii as: Beginning at a point on the east line of said quarter section, which said point is 1419.0 feet south of the quarter section corner, which point is the point of beginning, thence South 550 West a distance of 1124.0 feet; thence South 680 30' East a distance of 72.0 feet; thence North 550 East a distance of 239.0 feet; thence South 650 East a distance of 90. 7 feet; thence South 340 West a distance of 19.3 feet; thence South 790 East a distance of 85.0 feet; thence North 550 East a distance of 674.35 feet; thence North 50 201 West 241. 1 feet to the point of beginning, containing all 3.35 acres, more or less." It appearing that said plat has been duly and properly signed and accepted by the owners of said Subdivision known and referred to as Scheperle & Hutton Subdivision, that all taxes have been paid, and that in all respects the requirements of Chapter 445 Revised Statutes of Missouri, 1949, and amendments thereto, entitled "Plats" have been fully complied with by the aforesaid owners of thel said Subdivision, and that in all respects the requirements of the [Planning & Zoning Commission of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, and of the ordinances of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, relating to plats and subdivisions have been complied with, now therefore: SECTION 3.
