newspaper of general circulation within the City of Jefferson,
Missouri, the last day of publication having been more than fifteen
I(15) days preceding the date of the hearing by the City Council,
herein such notice of rezoning all interested persons were
requested to appear before the City Council at the time and place
specified therein for the purpose of attending a public hearing
and expressing their views in support of or in opposition to the
Lrecommendation of the Planning and Zoning Commission, and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, has
conducted said hearing and heard the views of all persons expressin
an interest in the rezoning of the land hereinafter described,
NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOUFIj
S FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The zoning map of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, as
incorporated into Ordinance No. 5880 of the City, is hereby amended
changed and modified to reflect the rezoning of the following
described land from its present B 2-family dwelling district to a
C multiple dwelling district:
Beginning at the center of the intersection of
Mantilla Street and the north right-of-way line of West Main
Street, thence easterly along the northerly line of West
Main Street 775 feet; thence northerly perpendicular to
West Main Street 400 feet; thence westerly parallel to
West Main Street 775 feet; thence southerly to the point
of beginning.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in force and effect from and
after its passage and approval.

ORDINANCE NO. 6884
ANORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, ESTABLISHING THE
GRADE OF THE ROADWAY OF CREST STREET, FROM THE NORTH CURB LINE OF
LIVINGSTON STREET, NORTH 381.76 FEET.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOLUI,
S FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the grade of Crest Street, from the north curb line
of Livingston Street north 381.76 feet be and hereby is established
s follows: Beginning at the north curb line of Livingston Street
here the grade is 226.88' , thence on a uniform grade 15 feet, whey
the grade shall be 226.80' ; thence on a vertical curve 50 feet where
the grade shall be 224. 16; thence on a uniform grade 122 feet, where
he grade shall be 211.96' ; thence on a vertical curve 56 feet, where
he grade shall be 205.80; thence on a uniform grade 45 feet, where
he grade shall be 200.40; thence on a vertical curve 90 feet, Vher

SECTION All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict with
This Ordinance are ,hereby repealed.
