ECTION 1. The City Collector of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, i
hereby authorized to wait a period of seven (7) days after receipt od an
xecuted application for the issuance of a license for any occupatio ,
rade or business named within the ordinances of the City prior to t e
ssuance of said license to the applicant.
ECTION 2. The City Collector may, at his discretion, refer said
xecuted application to the Building Commissioner and the License
nspector for their study, investigation and consideration during sa d
even (7) day period.
ECTION 3. If the Building Commissioner and License Inspector
etermine that the issuance of said license would be in violation of
ny of the ordinances of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, they shall
dvise the City Collector within said seven (7) day period and the

ECTION 4. The Building Commissioner and the License Inspector from

report all violations found to the City Attorney.

ORDINANCE PROHIBITING THE OPERATOR OF A MOTOR VEHICLE FROM
ERMITTING THE SAME TO BE PARKED AT THE SOUTH CURB OF MADELINE STREE
ETWEEN THE MOST WESTERLY POINT OF THE SOUTH CURB OF MADELINE STREET

ECTION 1. It shall be unlawful for the operator of a motor vehicle
o permit the same to be parked at the south curb of Madeline Street
etween the most westerly point of the south curb of Madeline Street and
point located fifty (50) feet east therefrom.
ECTION 2. Anyone violating the terms of this ordinance shall be
eemed guilty of a misdemeanor.
ECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in force and effect from and
