SECTION 1. Section 191 of the Revised Ordinances of the City of
efferson, Missouri, 1956, relating to the fiscal year of the City o
efferson, Missouri, be and the same is hereby repealed.
SECTION 2. There is hereby enacted a new ordinance to be known as
Section 191 of the Revised Ordinances of the City of Jefferson,
ssouri, 1956, relating to the fiscal year of the City of Jefferson
Missouri., which new ordinance shall read in words and figures as
follows:
"Section 191. Fiscal year -- Officer' s Books
to conform thereto. The Fiscal Year of the City
shall commence on the first day of July
in each year and terminate on the thirtieth
day of June of the following year, and the
books, accounts and reports of the officers
city shall be made to conform thereto.?
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in force and effect from and
after its passage and approval.

RDINANCE NO. 6925
AN ORDINANCE REPEALING SUBSECTION 310 OF SECTION 22 OF THE REVISED
ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, RELATING TO -THE
STOPPING OF MOTOR VEHICLES ON ELM STREET PRIOR TO ENTERING THE
INTERSECTION OF ELM STREET WITH MULBERRY STREET.
E IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOUR ,
S FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Subsection 310 of Section 22 of the Revised Ordinances 4f
he City of Jefferson, Missouri, 1956, relating to the duty of
Aerators of motor vehicles to being said motor vehicles to a full aid
mplete stop on Elm Street before entering into the intersection of
1m Street with Mulberry Street, be and the same is hereby repealed.
ECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in force and effect from and
after its passage and approval.
