AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING THE OPERATOR OF A MOTOR VEHICLE FROM
PERMITTING THE SAME TO BE PARKED AT THE NORTH CURB OF ELM STREET
BETWEEN THE INTERSECTIONS OF ELM STREET WITH BROADWAY AND HIGHWAY
50 WEST, AND PROVIDING A PENALTY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURtj
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Hereafter it shall be unlawful for the operator of a motor
vehicle to permit the same to be parked at the north curb of Elm Stxeet
between the intersections of Elm Street with Broadway and Highway 5
West.
SECTION 2. Anyone violating any of the terms of this ordinance shall
be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in force and effect from and
after its passage and approval.

ORDINANCE NO. 6927
N ORDINANCE REQUIRING THE OPERATORS OF MOTOR VEHICLE TO BRING SAID
MOTOR VEHICLES TO A FULL AND COMPLETE STOP ON CERTAIN NAMED STREETS
PRIOR TO ENTERING INTERSECTIONS FORMED BY SAID SPECIFICALLY NAMED
STREETS WITH OTHER STREETS IN THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AND
PROVIDING A PENALTY FOR THE VIOLATION THEREOF.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOUFI,
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Hereafter it slull be unlawful for the operator of a motcr
vehicle to fail to bring said motor vehicle to a full and complete
stop on the following named streets before entering into intersecti s
formed by said following named streets with other named streets in
the City of Jefferson, Missouri, as follows:
(a) Stop on Mulberry Street before entering the
intersection of Mulberry Street and Elm Street.
(b) Stop on Broadway Street before entering the
intersection of Broadway Street and Elm Street.
SECTION 2. Anyone violating any of the terms of Section 1 of this
Ordinance shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in force and effect from and
after its passage and approval.
