TAX CANCELLATION
Date of
WHEREAS, certain properties were acquired by the Carteret Redevelopment Agency,
Borough of Carteret, exempt Organizations or taxpayers provided documentation of
timely payments or posting reclassifications, and
WHEREAS, the taxpayers provided reasons for cancellations including tax exempt
form applications, Copies of Deeds, other various proof of payments such as copies of
checks or money orders previously dropped off in the tax office night drop box due to
COVID, and
WHEREAS, the Tax Collector is recommending cancellation.
NOW, THEREFORE,-RE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Borough of
Carteret, County of Middlesex, New Jersey, that the Tax Collector cancel taxes as
follows:
