M. AND 8: 30 A. q . AND BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 3: 00 P. M. AND 4:00 P.M. , PROHIBITING THE OPERATORS OF MOTOR VEHICLES OTHER THAN SCHOOL BUSSES TO BE PARKED I dITHIN SAID ZONE DURING THE STATED HOURS, AND PROVIDING A PENALTY. I BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOUR , S FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. A School Bus Loading and Unloading Zone is hereby created and established at the south curb of Miller Street between Bison Street and Monroe Street. SECTION 2. It shall be unlawful for the operator of a motor vehicle other than the operator of a school bus to permit said motor vehicle to be parked within the school bus loading and unloading zone descri ed above between the hours of 7: 30 a.m. and 8: 30 a.m. and between the ours of 3:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday inclusive of each week. SECTION 3. Anyone violating any of the terms of this ordinance shal be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor. SECTION 4. Whaley /s/ President of the Council Mayor ORDINANCE NO. 6935 AN ORDINANCE REQUIRING THE OPERATORS OF MOTOR VEHICLES ON HART STREET TO YIELD THE RIGHT OF WAY TO OPERATORS OF MOTOR VEHICLES ON ILLER STREET AND RIDGEWAY DRIVE AT THE INTERSECTION FORMED BY HART STREET, MILLER STREET AND RIDGEWAY DRIVE, AND PROVIDING A PENALTY. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOUR , S FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. The operators of motor vehicles on Hart Street shall yie d the ight of way to motor vehicles being operated on Miller Street and idgeway Drive before permitting said motor vehicles being operated on Hart Street to enter the intersection formed by Hart Street with Miller Street and Ridgeway Drive when motor vehicles being operated ion Miller Street or Ridgeway Drive are approaching the intersection formed by Hart Street with Miller Street and Ridgeway Drive and are so -close to the said intersection as to constitute a da,nggr of collision with the motor vehicle being operated on Hart S reet. +- SECTION 2. Anyone violating any of the terms of this ordinance shal e deemed guilty of a misdemeanor. SECTION 3. All parts of any ordinance in conflict with this ordinance hall be repealed insofar and only insofar as they conflict. ECTION 4.
