AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING THE OPERATOR OF A MOTOR VEHICLE ON RUSSELL
STREET FROM PERMITTING SAID MOTOR VEHICLE TO ENTER INTO THE
INTERSECTION OF RUSSELL STREET AND ADAMS STREET WITHOUT FIRST
BRINGING SAID MOTOR VEHICLE TO A FULL AND COMPLETE STOP ON RUSSELL
STREET, AND PROVIDING A PENALTY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOUFI,
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. It shall be unlawful for the operator of a motor -vehicle
on Russell Street to fail to bring said motor vehicle to a full and
r omplete stop before operating said motor vehicle into the intersect n
f Russell Street and Adams Street.
SECTION 2. Anyone violating any of the terms of this ordinance shaJ 1
be guilty of a misdemeanor.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from
and after its passage and approval.

ORDINANCE NO. 6937
AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING THE OPERATOR OF A MOTOR VEHICLE FROM
PERMITTING THE SAME TO BE PARKED ON THE NORTH SIDE AT THE NORTH CUR
OF McCARTY STREET BETWEEN ITS INTERSECTION WITH HART STREET AND
HAVANA STREET, AND PROVIDING A PENALTY FOR THE VIOLATION THEREOF.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOUFI,
S FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. It shall be unlawful for the operator of a motor vehicl '
to permit the same to be parked on the north side at the north curb
of McCarty Street between the intersection of McCarty Street with
Hart Street and the intersection of McCarty Street and Havana Stree .
SECTION 2. Anyone violating any of the terms of this ordinance
shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in force and effect from and
after its passage and approval.
