SECTION 1. Section 1382 of the Revised Ordinances of the City of efferson,
ssouri, 1956, establishing the "Vehicle Fund" and defining the sou ce
A revenue for said fund in the city treasury be, and the same is
ereby, repealed.
SECTION 2. Vehicle Fund. There is hereby established a fund within the
ity Treasury of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, to be known as the
ehicle Fund.
SECTION 3. Sources of Revenue of the Vehicle Fund. The Vehicle Fun
hall be composed of monies obtained from the following sources:
A. The licensing of motor and all other vehicles within the
City of Jefferson, Missouri.
B. All monies received for the issuance of permits to excavat
ithin the public street right-of-way within the City of Jefferson, I;ssouri.
C. All monies payable to and received by the City of Jefferso ,
Missouri, pursuant to the issuance of special tax bills in the name
f the city for improvements on the public streets of the alleys, ro d-
ays and highways of the city.
. SECTION 4. Expenditures of Monies in the Vehicle Fund. All monies
n the Vehicle Fund shall be used and expended only for the maintena ce,
leaning and repair of the streets and alleys within the corporate
limits of the city.
SECTION 5. This ordinance shall be in force and take effect from an

ND DEFINING THE "TRAFFIC AND VEHICLE FUND" AND DEFINING THE SOURCE
F REVENUE FOR SAID FUND IN THE CITY TREASURY, AND ENACTING A NEW
