asoline sold within the corporate limits c r
B. All fines assessed and collected by the Police Judge
f the City of Jefferson, Missouri., for violations of the traffic
ordinances of the city and for violations of the motor vehicle
parking ordinances of the city.
C. All monies deposited in parking meters on the street
within the city.
D. All monies paid to theCi.ty of Jefferson, Missouri in
reimbursement for damages to city property within the city right-of
ay.
SECTION 4. Ex enditure of Monies COMOsing the Traffic and V hicle
Fund. All monies composing the Traffic and Vehicle Fund shall be
spent only in the manner hereinafter provided:
A. For the maintenance, cleaning and repair of the
streets and alleys within the corporate limits of the city.
B. For the purchase, construction, erection, operation
and maintenance of traffic signal devices, whether electrical or
on-electrical, used in directing and controlling traffic on the
streets and alleys within the corporate limits of the city.
C. For the purchase, repair and operation of all the
trucks, motor vehicles and other equipment used and operated by the
Street Commissioner and the Street Department on the streets and
lleys within the corporate limits of the city.
D. For the purpose of paying the salary of the Street
Commissioner and the salaries of the employees of the Street
apartment of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, and for the purpose
of paying othere expenses incidental to and reasonable necessary
for the operation of the Street Department of the city.
E. For the purpose of purchasing, maintaining, repairin
inspecting and operating the parking meters within the corporate Units
of the city.
F. For such other purposes as the Mayor of the city, with
he advice and consent of the city Council, shall. determine.
SECTION 5. This ordinance shall be in force and take effect from
and after its passage and approval.
