SPECIFICALLY DESCRIBED REAL ESTATE LOCATED WITHIN THE CITY OF
; JEFFERSON AND COUNTY OF COLE, MISSOURI, IN RETURN FOR THE PAYMENT

OF THE SUM OF $842.70 TO THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI.
I IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSO ! I
11AS FOLLOWS:
Whereas, the City Council of the City of Jefferson, Missouri,
1, has caused to be advertised for sale certain hereinafter specifical' y
11described property which is presently owned by the City of Jefferso
Missouri, and
Whereas, Robert H. Livingston and Dorothy L. Livingston
submitted a bid to the City of Jefferson in the amount of $842.70
as a price to be paid in return for a Warranty deed to be executed
by said City conveying fee simple absolute title to them subject to
the reservation of easements in favor of the City of Jefferson for
purposes hereinafter mentioned, and
Whereas, the bid of Robert H. Livingston and Dorothy L.
Livingston was the highest bid submitted to the City of Jefferson
in response to said advertisement, and
Whereas, the City Council believes that the bid of $842.70 is
a fair consideration for the sale of said land hereinafter describe
by said City, now therefore:
SECTION 1. The Mayor and the City Clerk of the City of Jefferson,'
Missouri, are hereby authotized and directed for and on behalf of
the City to execute a Warranty deed to the following described land
in favor of Robert H. Livingston and Dorothy L. Livingston, his wifu,
reserving to the City of Jefferson, Missouri, two easements over
Ithose portions of the land and for such purposes as hereinafter is
stated:
"All of the southeast part of Outlot No. 44 in the City
of Jefferson, Missouri, lying south of the south right of
1� way line of an extention of Capitol Street and northeast
of the northerly right of way line of Capitol Avenue and
west of the westerly right of way line of Sullivan Street.
Reserving to the City of Jefferson, Missouri two easements
1 for street right of way and surface water drainage
purposes over the following described portions of the
{) above described tract df land.
fE (1) . A part of the southeasterly part of Outlot No.
44 in the City of Jefferson, Missouri more particularly
described as follows: Beginning at the southeasterly
corner of said Outlot No. 44, thence North 540 37' West
a distance of 210.0 feet to the point of beginning of this
description: thence South 540 371 East a distance of 210
feet; thence North 350 5' East a distance of 15 feet;
thence North 470 281 West to a point on the extension of
the southerly right of way line of Capitol Street; thence
westerly along and with the extension of the southerly
right of way line of Capitol Street a distance of 22.9 feet;
thence on a curve to the left having a radius of 15.0
feet to the point of beginning.
