SAN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, CHANGING AMENDING,
MODIFYING THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS
INCORPORATED INTO ORDINANCE NO. 5880 BY REZONING CERTAIN SPECIFICALLf
ESCRIBED PROPERTY FROM AN A-1 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT T

1#HEREAS, the City Council of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, was
{petitioned in writing for the rezoning of the land specifically
described hereinafter from its present A-1 Single Family Residentia]
district to a F Highway Commercial district, and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, refer r d
!said petition for rezoning to the Planning and Zoning Commission of
the City of Jefferson, Missouri, and
�EREAS the Planning and Zoning Commission of the C ity o f J ff

Iis6ouri, after notice and hearing to all interested parties and
{appropriate study and consideration did recommend to the City Council�
of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, that the land specifically
!described hereinafter be rezoned as petitioned, and
,WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, by and'
(Ithrough its City Clerk has caused a notice of hearing for the purpose
bf rezoning to be published three consecutive days in a newspaper of
general circulation within the City of Jefferson, Missouri, the last
day of publication having been more than fifteen (15) days precedin

,the date of the hearing by the City Council, wherein such notice of
ezoning all interested persons were requested to appear before the
City Council at the time and place specified therein for the purpose
'of attending a public hearing and expressing their views in support
