BISECTION 1. The zoning map of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, as ��
(incorporated into Ordinance No. 5880 of the City, is hereby amended,!
;changed and modified to reflect the rezoning of the following �!
!described land from its present A-1 Single Family Residential !!
(district to a F Highway Commercial district:
if
All land lying north of a line which is presently 400 feet
north of the north right-of-way line of U. S. Highway 50
West and which lies south of St.Mary' s Boulevard and which
lies between the west line of Heisinger Road and a line,
located 500 feet west of the west line of Heisinger Road,
lying parallel to the west line of Heisinger Road.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in force and effect from and
after its passage and approval.

INCORPORATED INTO ORDINANCE NO. 5880 BY REZONING CERTAIN SPECIFICALIaF
ELTIPLE SCRIBED PROPERTY FROM A B 2-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT TO A C
DWELLING DISTRICT.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, was
1etitioned in writing for the rezoning of the land specifically
,1escribed hereinafter from its present B 2-family dwelling district f�
o a C multiple dwelling district, and

)WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Jefferson, Missouri,
eferred said petition for rezoning to the Planning and Zoning '
ommission of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, and

REAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Jefferson(,
rescribed souri, after notice and hearing to all interested parties and II
ropriate study and consideration did recommend to the City Council
