Incorporated into Ordinance No. 5880 of the City, is hereby amended,
Changed and modified to reflect the rezoning of the following
4described land from its present B 2-family dwelling district to a
multiple dwelling district: 1`
:i All of Inlot No. 871 of the City of Jefferson, Missouri,
fronting 3.98 feet 9 inches in a northerly and southerly
direction along the east side of Cherry Street and
fronting 104 feet 4 1/2 inches in an easterly westerly
direction along the north side of Dunklin Street.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in force and effect from and
after its passage and approval.

AN ORDINANCE REPEALING SECTION 3 OF ORDINANCE NUMBER 5933 (BEING
,ISECTION 37 OF THE REVISED ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
�ISSOUR.I, 1956) AND ORDINANCES NUMBERED 6072, 64149 6493 and 6913
;OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, ESTABLISHING AND LOCATING VARIOUS
PARKING METER ZONES ON THE STREETS OF SAID CITY, AND ENACTING A NEW
I1I0�RDINANCE TO BE KNOWN AS SECTION 3 OF ORDINANCE NUMBER 5933, RELATI
PTO THE SAME SUBJECT.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOUFI.,
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Section 3 of Ordinance Number 5933 of the City of
Jefferson, Missouri (being Section 37 of the Revised Ordinances of
the City of Jefferson, Missouri, 1956) and Ordinances Numbered
`6072, 64142 6493 and 6913 of the City of Jefferson, Missouri,
establishing and locating various parking meter zones on the street
of said city be, and the same are hereby, repealed.
ESECTION 2. There is hereby enacted a new ordinance to be known as `
Section 3 of Ordinance Number. 5933 of the City of Jefferson (and
also to be known as Section 37 of the Revised Ordinances of the Cit
of .Jefferson, 1956) that established and locates various on street
!parking meter zones within said city. Said ordinance shall read
in words and figures as follows:
"Section 37. Parking Meter Zones. The following named
streets, or portions of streets, within the boundaries designated
Ilying within the corporate limits of Jefferson City, shall constitu e

lI ZONE "A" - The east side of Adams Street extending from '
Commercial Avenue north a distance of one
!� hundred (100) feet.
