Whaley /s/ President of the Council Mayor I ORDINANCE NO. 6975 i14N ORDINANCE LEVYING AND ASSESSING A SPECIAL TAX BILL AGAINST THE LOTS i OR TRACKS OF ]LAND FRONTING OR ABUTTING ON THE ROADWAY OF ALLEN AVENUE FROM THE END OF THE PAVEMENT TO THE NORTH CURB LINE OF HAYSELTON DRIVE AND GENE MARLIN DRIVE FROM THE NORTH CURB LINE OF ALLEN AVENUE, AT STATION 12 ¢ 14 NORTHWESTERLY 210 FEET, IN THE CITY OF JEFFERSON11 'MISSOURI, FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF THE SAID ROADWAY BY GRADING, fI CURBING AND GUTTERING AND PAVING WITH ASPHALT MACADAM. i r IBE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, AS FOLLOWS: I SECTION 1. There is hereby levied and assessed at the rate and cosh' price per front foot as specified in Section 2 of this ordinance, ij against the aggregate lots or tracts of land fronting or abutting on the roadway of Allen Avenue from the end of the pavement to the nort curb line of Hayselton Drive, and Gene Marlin Drive from the north 1, curb line of Hayselton Drive at Station 12 / 14 northwesterly 210 feet in the City of Jefferson, Missouri, for the improvement of the road-� ways of Allen Avenue and Gene Marlin Drive aforesaid, including suchl grading as may be necessary for the reception of a cement sidewalk, } he sum of $29,032.82 as the total costs of the improvement of said �� �atreet and the number of front feet fronting or abutting said road- way of said Allen Avenue and Gene Marlin Drive.aforesaid, between the foresaid streets amount to 3, 172 running feet, the cost price per �I unning foot is $9. 152843. •1 j' SECTION 2.
