AN ORDINANCE LEVYING AND ASSESSING A SPECIAL TAX BILL AGAINST THE LOTS OR TRACTS OF LAND FRONTING ORWTTING ON THE ROADWAY OF HOUGH PARK STREET FROM THE NORTH RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF KOLB DRIVE SOUTH 1I 11580 FEET IN THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF THE SAID ROADWAY BY GRADING, CURBING WITH CEMENT MATERIAL AND PAVING WITH ASPHALTIC CONCRETE (HOT-MIX) . I BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, AS FOLLOWS: I� 1 SECTION 1. There is hereby levied and assessed at the rate and cost price per front foot as specified in Section 2 of this ordinance, against ] the aggregate lots or tracts of land fronting or abutting on the roadway of Hough Park Street from the north Right-of-way line of j Kolb Drive south 1580 feet, in the City of Jefferson, Missouri, for 1 the improvement of the roadway of Hough Park Street aforesaid, including such grading as may be necessary for the reception of a fl cement sidewalk, the sum of $23,041.30 as the total costs of the I! improvement of said street and the number of front feet .fronting or ,, butting said roadway of said Hough Park Street aforesaid, between the aforesaid streets amount to 2,451.49 running feet; the cost price pe: unning foot is $9 .398896.
