iSECTION 4. The the City Clerk is hereby instructed to make out
�special tax bills in favor of the contractor Hunter Bros, Construction
I.Co. for the within mentioned work in accordance with the ordinances of
' the City of Jefferson, Missouri, relative to said kind of work and
,'in accordance with the Charter of said City in regard to said work.
SECTION 5. This ordinance shall. take effect and be in force from and
after its passage and approval.. +

AN ORDINANCE LEVYING AND ASSESSING A SPECIAL TAX BILL AGAINST THE
LOTS OR TRACTS OF LAND FRONTING OR ABUTTING ON THE ROADWAY OF HOUGH 11
PARK STREET, FROM GREENBERRY ROtd) SOUTH 470 FEET IN THE CITY OF
JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF THE SAID ROADWAY BY
GRADING, CURBING WITH CEMENT MATERIAL AND PAVING WITH ASPHALTIC If
CONCRETE (HOT-MIX) .

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, AS FOLLOWS: "
IlSECTION 1. There is hereby levied and assessed at the rate and j
(cost price per front foot as specified in Section 2 of this ordinan66,
against the aggregate lots or tracts of land fronting or abutting on!
the roadway of Hough Park Street from Greenberry Road south 470 feet!
Lin the City of Jefferson, Missouri, for the improvement of the roadway

�_s ecessary for the reception of a cement sidewalk, the sum of $1,844.01

SECTION 2. For the purpose of paying said improvement of said road-
