AUTHORIZING CLOSING ON THE PUBLIC SALE
OF REAL PROPERTY
WHEREAS, the Borough of Carteret (`Borough") has previously authorized the public
auction sale of certain real property within the Borough pursuant to the Local Lands and
Buildings Law, namely Block 5201, Lot 11, Block 7604, Lot 15 and Block 5802, Lot 10;
and
WHEREAS, the Borough's Law Director accepted the sole highest bid for said parcels
of real property at the minimum bid amounts set forth in the authorizing Resolution 19-
129, subject to the successful bidder obtaining of all necessary development approvals for
said parcels, which have been secured.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED as follows:
1. That the Borough's Law Director is hereby authorized and directed to proceed
with the closing of title to the aforementioned parcels of real property to the
successful bidder in the manner and to= acceptable to the Law Director, and
that the appropriate Borough Officials are hereby authorized to exedute any and
all documents necessary to effectuate the aforesaid transfer of title, and any and
all actions heretofore taken to effectuate the said public land sale are hereby
ratified and approved.
2. Upon the adoption hereof, the Borough Clerk shall forward a copy of this
resolution to the Law Director for actions consistent herewith.

and certified as a true copy of the
original on October 29, 2021.
