AN ORDINANCE REGULATING THE PARKING OF MOTOR VEHICLES.
E IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOUIRIS
S FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. It shall be unlawful for the operator of. a motor. vehicl
to permit any portion of said motor vehicle to be parked on the
outh shoulder of Highway 50 West within a distance of six (6) feet
� f the south edge of Highway 50 West between the west curb line of
oward Street and the south curb line of Dunklin Street.
SECTION 2. It shall be unlawful for the operator' of a motor vehicle
to permit any portion of the same to be parked on the east shoulder
bf Highway. 50 West within a distance of six (6) feet of the east
edge of Highway 50 West between the north curb line of Dunklin
Street and the intersection of Highway 50 West with Highways 54 and
63 at the west end Fire Station.
SECTION 3. Anyone violating any of the terms of this ordinance shall
be deemed guilty of a. misdemeanor.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be in force and effect from and
after its passage and approval.
