AN ORDINANCE LEVYING AND ASSESSING A SPECIAL TAX BILL AGAINST THE LOTS
OR TRACKS OF LAND FRONTING OR ABUTTING ON THE ROADWAY OF THE ALLEY
BETWEEN U.S. HWY. NO. 50 AND WILLIAM STREET FROM BECK STREET TO DIXj�
ROAD, IN THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF TH '
SAID ROADWAY BY GRADING, CURBING AND GUTTERING AND PAVING WITH
ASPHALT MACADAM. ' ' ;)

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, AS FOLLOWS: I
SECTION 1. There is hereby levied and assessed at the rate and cost�
rice per front foot as specified in Section 2 of this ordinance, 11
against the aggregate lots or tracts of land fronting or abutting on���'�
the roadway of the alley between U. S. Hwy. No. 50 and William Street
rom Beck Street to Dix Road, in the City of Jefferson, Missouri, fo,
