description of each lot or piece of ground fronting or abutting on

SECTION 4. That the City Clerk is hereby instructed to make out
special tax bills in favor of the contractor Roy Scheperle Construct o
ICo. for the within mentioned work in accordance with the ordinances
�!of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, relative to said kind of work
and in accordance with the Charter of said City in regard to said
work.
SECTION 5. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from
land after its passage and approval.

IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI,
IS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the Ci t y Council of
the City of Jefferson., Missouri
�ereby declares that it deems it necessary for sanitary purposes an
