IAN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING SEWER DISTRICT NO. 78 "B" WITHIN THE CITY
'OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AND DEFINING THE BOUNDARIES THEREOF:
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , A.5,
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the City Council of the City of Jefferson, Missouri ,
hereby declares that it deems it necessary for sanitary purposes an
for the health and comfort of the inhabitants of the City to
,establish a Sewer District, to be known as Sewer District no. 78 "B112
said district to be established with location and boundaries as
!follows:
4 A part of Jefferson Heights Subdivision in the City
of Jefferson, M ssouri, more particularly described
as: That part of said Jefferson Heights Subdivision
designated as Jefferson Heights Apartments as of
record in Plat Book 4, Page 50.
SECTION 2. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict
with the Ordinance are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from ard
after, its passage and approval.
