That the centerline of said sewer shall be located as follows: Beginning at the southeasterly corner of Lot 10, Block 3 �1 Jefferson Heights Subdivision, thence northerly along the easterly line of said Lot 10, 112 feet to the point of beginning of this description: Thence at an angle to the right of 84048' to the aforementioned course 60.46 feet; thence at an angle of 38024' to the left 39.87 feet. SECTION 3. Said sewer shall be constructed in all respects as provided by Ordinance and shall be constructed of glazed sewer pipe having factory-fabricated jointed connections on vitrified clay pipe conforming to ASTM specifications and the manufacturer' s recommendations and shall be constructed according to the plans of the City Engineer.
