'AN ORDINANCE REGULATING THE OPERATION OF MOTOR VEHICLES ON NAMED
iSTREETS WITHIN THIS CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AND PROVIDING A
PENALTY FOR THE VIOLATION THEREOF.

PAS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. It shall be unlawful for the operator of a motor vehic1

A. : Northeasterly direction along Hough Park Road to fail to

vehicles being operated on Moreau Drive and Greenberry Road are so
'close to the intersection formed by Moreau Drive, Greenberry Road
and Hough Park Road as to constitute a danger of collision with
said vehicle being operated on Hough Park Road unless said vehicle
being operated on Hough Park Road yields the right of way at the
intersection of said streets.
B. : Westerly direction on Swift' s Highway to fail to yield
!,the right of way to any motor vehicle being operated in a northerly
for xortherly direction on Southwest Boulevard before entering the
1intersection formed by Swift' s Highway and Southwest Boulevard if
potor vehicles being operated on Southwest Boulevard are .so close i
to the intersection formed by Swift' s Highway and Southwest Boulev4zd
as to constitute a danger of collision with the vehicle being
operated on Swift' s Highway unless said vehicle being operated on
11Swift's Highway yields the right of way at the intersection of said
streets.
C. : Westerly direction on Main Street to fail to yield the
right of way to any motor vehicle being operated in a westerly
direction on High Street before entering the intersection formed
;by Main Street and High Street if motor vehicles being operated on
lHigh Street are so close to the intersection formed by Main Street
land High Street as to constitute a danger of collision with the
vehicle being operated on Main Street unless the vehicle being oper-
ated on Main Street yields the right of way at the intersection of
said streets.
SECTION 2. Anyone violating any of the provisions of the preceding
section shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in force and take effect from
and after its passage and approval.
