AN ORDINANCE LEVYING AND ASSESSING A SPECIAL TAX BILL AGAINST THE L TS
OR TRACKS OF LAND FRONTING OR ABUTTING ON THE ROADWAY OF CREST STRE T,
FROM THE CENTER OF THE INTERSECTION OF THE NORTH CURB LINE OF
LIVINGSTON STREET AND THE CENTERLINE OF CREST STREET, NORTH 351.76
FEET IN THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF THE
SAID ROADWAY BY GRADING, CURBING AND GUTTERING AND PAVING WITH
ASPHALT MACADAM. 1�

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. There is hereby levied and assessed at the rate and cosh.
price per front foot its specified in Section 2 of this ordinance,
against the aggregate lots or tracts of land fronting or abutting o .
the roadway of Crest Street, from the center of the intersection ofil
the north curb line of Livingston Street and the centerline of Cresb�

grading as may be necessary for the reception of a cement sidewalk,
