Section 13. Penalty— any person, firm or corporation who
shall violate eny of the provisions of this ordinance shall be
giuilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof sh,,,-ll be
punished by a fine of not less than Tnentypfive Dollars (:,25.00) nor
more than One Fain( red 1-'ollars ( ::100.00) or may be imprisoned in jail not
to exceed ninety Clays or by both such fine end impris,.-)nment.
Section 14. All ordinm ces or parts -�f ordiances in conflict
with this ordinance are hereby repealed.
Section 15. his Ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage and approval.
