it is a:ipropriated when the first taxes !�erein provided for shall
have beez-, levied and collected.
SECT101. 7. That the Weyor and the City ('ler).•,- are hereby authori-
zed and, directed to cause the bonds herein described to be prepared and
to execute the same as herein nrovided, to cause the samr to be reg-
istered in the office of the State Auditor, and to deliver said bonds to I
the ourchasers thereof in accordan,ce with. the terms of sale and award.
SECTION 8. That the Principal proceeds received uoon sale and
delivery of the bonds herein authorized to be issued shall, immediately
upon receipts thereof, be set aside in separate funds in the following,
amounts for the following p-u!�.-)oses, to.-.?it:

for the purpose of ii,.ipr(5,,.,ing the public .)ark in the western
part of the City.

of the aforesaid bonds shrill f: be dc:)ossited in and credited to the
Public Park -3onds Interest a-i-id 'inking Fund of 1240 created under
Section 5 of this ordinance.
SECTIO1: 9. -hat all ordinances oT• parts of ordinance in conflict
with the provisions of this ordinance shall I-)e and the same are hereby
tepealed, insofar as they may so c)nflict, a-.---d tl-)is ordinance shall be
