Richard M. Stein,AAE(Airport Manager) Others available electronically: Wayne Reiter(T-O Engineers) Others present: Kevin Bissell (T-O Engineers) Chairman Jones called the meeting to order at 12:05 p.m. Public comment:None Approval of Minutes from September 9. 2021, meeting (Action item): Member Thorian to be added to members present. Fereday motioned; Member Weiss seconded. Approved. Sewer Line Extension(Action Item):Airport Staff described,and provided a map,of constructing a new sewer service line to service the Infield Development Area. Airport Staff requested that the Airport Advisory Commission recommend the funding and construction of the sewer line. The AAC voted to recommend the Sewer Line Extension to City Council with a 5-0 vote. 3 AIP 28—Airport Master Plan (Information Item): Drafts of Chapter 8 Facilities Implementation and Financial Feasibility,and Chapter 9 Airport Layout Plan were presented for AAC review. Mr. Reiter of T-O Engineers provided an update of the Airport Master Plan work 's remaining,the ALP drawing set requested by the AAC,and a schedule for presenting the AMP to the public and City Council. AIP 30-East-West Taxiway Update(Information Item):Mr.Bissell provided an update on the project. The project is waiting completion of the construction bid package—which will be advertised early in 2022. City of McCall—Airport Advisory Committee (AAC) Meeting Minutes October 7,2021 Hangar 425 and 426 around leases: Airport Staff described efforts to determine the next 2 ground leases to be let for next year's hangar construction. Airport Staff also discussed the location of H426 and H426 in relation to the infield area, and Iocations to utilities. Three-month calendar review: A review of the airport calendar was provided: Date Item Sept. 9 AAC meeting Oct. 7 AAC meeting Nov.4 AAC meeting Nov. 1 l Veterans Day-City offices closed Nov. 25-26 Thanksgiving-City offices closed Dec. 2 AAC meeting Dec.24 Christmas Day(observed)-City offices closed Dec. 31 New Year's Day(observed)-City offices closed Staff also informed AAC of the Oct. 14'h meeting of the Idaho Dept. Transportation- Aeronautics Board meeting in McCall. Also, Staff will be attending the Airport Manager's/FAA meeting in Helena on October 19`h and 20d, Items for Future Committee Agendas: None Motion to Adiourn: Member Fereday motioned; Member Thorian seconded.
