AN ORDINANCE ENACTING A 14EW SUBSECTION III ORDIIIANCE NO. 4443
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI ,
AS FOLLOWS:
Sectionl. there is hereby enacted a new section known as
subsection N! under No. 4 of Section 403 of Ordianace No. 4443 of the
City of Jefferson, Missouri, same to read as follows, to-wit:
aluminum awnings may be attached to any building or structure pro-
vided that same is attached to said building structure in accordance with
the requirements and pertaining to the erection and installation of
other %Wningsla provisions of Ordinance No. 4443 and Provided that in
congested areas and districts as defined in said Ordinance No. 4443, sa
said aluminum awnings shall not be attached to the first story of any
building or structure in said congested area and district.
Section 2. All ordinance or parts of ordinances in conflict
with this ordinance are hereby repealed.
Section 3. his ordinance shall become effective upon its
passage and approvat .

AN ORDINANCE changing and modifying the zoning ordinances of the City
of Jefferson of certain land within the Oitv of.. Jefferson from a
istrict A to a istrict B so that t two-famt1, y,'tw6 ' ttqry dwelling
may be constructdd on said land.
WHEREASO Wilton S. Stanford and Margaret V. Stanford, his wife,
have filed a petition requesting the pity Coi.incil to amend, change
and reclassify the present x) ning of the land hereinafterwards de-
scribed, and
WHEREAS., the City Council has referred the matter to the x) ning
commission, and
WHEREAS, said commission has made its report recommending that
said land be rezoned from a District A to a 'jistrict B so that said
petitioners may erect a two-story two-family dwelling, and
WHEREAS, all interested parties have been notified that the

City Council of the ity of Jefferson would haild a public hearing on
the question of whether or not said land should be so rezoned by the
publication of notice in a newspaper of general circulation in the
city more than fifteen days prior to said huhearing, and
WHEREAS., the City Council of the k.0 ity of Jefferson has given
all parties an opportunity to be heard upon the question of whether
or not said land should be rezoned,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Hereafter the following described land owned by
Wilton S. Stanford and Margaret V. Staiford, his wife, shall be
classified as a District B so that the owners of said land may con-
struct thereon a two-story two family dwelling and the zoning ordinances
in force and effect are hereby amended and modified so that said land
is now a District B as provided under the gerieral zoning ordinances
of the City of Jefferson. Said land is more particularly described as
follows:
